What this site does

Information we collect

We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.

  • Server / hosting logs — Our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security, performance, and abuse prevention.
  • Email — If you contact us at info@xenmediamarketing.co.uk, we will process the information you choose to send so we can respond.

We do not run our own analytics trackers or advertising cookies on the site. The site does not currently use non-essential cookies that require consent under UK PECR. Third-party infrastructure (for example the host or font provider) may process limited technical data under their own policies. Any strictly necessary technical processing required to deliver the site securely is treated as necessary for the service.

How we use information

We use technical and contact information only to:

  • Operate and secure the website
  • Respond to enquiries you send us
  • Meet legal obligations if required

Legal basis

Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests (running a secure public website) and, for email correspondence, on steps taken at your request or our legitimate interest in responding to you.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited technical data with service providers who help us host or operate the site (such as Vercel), who process it on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own terms.

Retention

Server logs are retained according to our host’s standard practices. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for reasonable business records.

Your rights

If UK data protection law applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@xenmediamarketing.co.uk.

You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
