SpaceXAI published a detailed account of running Grok Bot on internal procurement and simultaneously opened a public marketplace of Bot templates, starting with the same Haggle Bot used in-house.

  • A public marketplace of curated Grok Bot templates is available at x.ai/bot/marketplace.

  • The Bot was given access to Slack, Notion, Drive, Gmail, Hex and Ramp, mapped ~125 active vendors, and required human approval before spending money, accepting terms or contacting vendors.
  • Additional templates from SpaceXAI and users will be added over time.

Context

Grok Bot lets users create specialised AI teammates that operate inside the same tools the organisation already uses. The procurement write-up shows a concrete, multi-system workflow (spend analysis, seat audits, renewal negotiation, shopping comparisons) running with a single high-level instruction plus tool access. The marketplace makes the resulting Bot available as a starting template for other users.
